The pour point test of a petroleum specimen is an index of the lowest temperature of its utility for certain applications.

Weshine®’s fully-integrated, automatic cloud and pour point test apparatus offers precise and convenient flow testing of petroleum products, biodiesel fuels, additives and lubricating oils. When the sample is placed in the specified test tube and cooled to the expected temperature, the push rod motor tilts the tilting frame to 45 degrees. The high-precision photodetector detection technology detects whether the liquid level is condensed according to the principle of light reflection.

Weshine® automatic pour point test set is a laboratory oil analyzer, which combines all the innovative features of our individual cloud and pour point test sets into one user-friendly, all inclusive test system.

The automatic pour point test set can automatically measure the pour point or pour point of light diesel oil, various lubricating oils and other petroleum products. During the test, only a small amount of samples are taken. During the cooling process of the program, automatic detection is carried out, and the test results are directly printed. It is suitable for the determination of the pour point/pour point of light oil in refineries, electric power, railways, shipping, oil companies and oil commercial sectors.
